Ordering and Delivery

Orders placed through eMedsHealth are fulfilled exclusively by authorized Retail Medicine Suppliers. Delivery timelines depend on:

• Product availability with RMS partners
• RMS location and proximity to delivery address
• Delivery logistics and partner availability

While we aim for timely delivery, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen conditions.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed through secure payment gateways.

Note: In case of pricing errors or payment failures, eMedsHealth may cancel the order and initiate refunds if applicable.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support
• Due to legal and safety constraints, medicines cannot be returned unless they are damaged, expired, or incorrect
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform lawfully and responsibly
• Not resell medicines purchased through the Platform
• Not upload fraudulent or forged prescriptions
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

Any misuse may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

• Side effects, allergic reactions, or misuse of medicines
• Delays caused by suppliers or delivery partners
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

All logos, text, images, and materials on eMedsHealth.com are the intellectual property of eMedsHealth and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
