Dosage & Administration: Use strictly as directed by a healthcare professional or product instructions. Typically taken orally as one to two measuring spoonfuls (approx. 5 to 10 mL), usually taken 30 minutes to 1 hour after meals and at bedtime (or as needed for symptom relief). Shake the bottle well before each use and use a proper measuring cup or spoon. Maintain a time gap of at least 2 hours between taking this suspension and other oral medications, as antacids can interfere with their absorption.

Active Ingredient & Medical Guidance: This product is a prescription or over-the-counter combination antacid and antiflatulent medication containing Magnesium Hydroxide, Dried Aluminium Hydroxide, Activated Dimethicone (Simethicone), and Oxethazaine. It works multi-action: the antacids neutralize excess stomach acid, simethicone disperses gas bubbles to reduce bloating and discomfort, and oxethazaine acts as a potent local anesthetic that numbs the gastric mucosa to provide rapid relief from severe pain, heartburn, and acid-related irritation. Ensure ongoing medical supervision if symptoms persist.
