Guidelines for Use :
* Insertion Technique: Choose a comfortable position (such as squatting, raising one leg, or lying down). Squeeze the flexible inner ring at the closed end of the pouch and insert it deep into the vagina, pushing it up as far as it will go (similar to inserting a tampon). Ensure the open outer ring remains outside the body, covering the labia.
* During Intercourse: Gently guide your partner's penis into the open outer ring of the pouch to ensure it enters properly inside the sheath and does not slip between the vaginal wall and the outside of the condom.
